We understand you may have new providers joining your company regularly. Adding new providers is simple. We automate the PERFECT FIT PRO account creation process for you.

STEP 1:  Download the Group Account Creation Excel Spreadsheet >

STEP 2:  Fill out the requested information for each provider. An example has been provided. NOTE: Please include a unique e-mail address for each therapist.

STEP 3:  Email us your completed Excel Spreadsheet and we will create your accounts and send you login information.
