Many patients have insurance limitations that require onsite visits to be spread out. Others want to continue receiving exercise prescription updates online from their physical therapist after discharge. And many patients want an interactive relationship to continue long-term with their physical therapist who they have built a rapport with and who understands their injury history.

Most therapists do not have the time to provide free services. Many patients are willing to pay out-of-pocket (e.g. $15-$20) for the convenience an online exercise prescription offers. It is 100% your decision what you bill for the online services you provide.
