PERFECT FIT HEALTH has developed a revolutionary “WORKOUT CODE” feature to link branded exercise handouts to animated online workouts.

For decades, rehabilitation and fitness providers have been using paper exercise handouts that are often difficult to understand for exercise prescription purposes. The fact is --- these handouts signal low value to rehabilitation and fitness consumers. Patients and clients often forget how to perform the exercises they are prescribed onsite. This often results in poor exercise adherence leading to poor outcomes --- and ultimately low patient satisfaction.

Now --- a unique “WORKOUT CODE” has been implemented to transform the exercise prescription process. Each exercise handout will print with a unique workout code that links the patient to the animated online workout improving patient understanding and satisfaction. Rehabilitation and fitness providers can now meet off-site requests by sending exercise programs online using PERFECT FIT PRO --- or by simply sharing the workout code.
